Our company is transformed in 2004 to the now excisting company and comes out of a joined partnership with two other partners, named "van herk trading and consultancy". Since the beginning of the early 90's van herk trading and consultancy worked abroad the Netherlands and sold all kind of products, such as machinery, gems, sugar, liquors, mineral water, fresh fish, frozen fish, prawn, scrap metal and engines direct from manufacturer/seller to the buyer. Furthermore we were intermediaries in several fields such as real estate, telephone network contracts, turnkey delivery of hospitals,
Tenders, etc.
In 2004, when the old company was transformed to the new company and also moved its base to the Netherlands, we first started offering legal assistance to government appointed bayliffs.
But since the beginning of 2005 we are back as intermediaries and traders.
Now our company is first of all an intermediary for all kinds of clients in a very broad range of products. Besides that we are also a small trading company that has a lot of very good contacts with high ranked officers of major companies. Our company tries to keep the lines as short as possible, both on buying and selling side. The past learned us that it is better to cancel a transaction when we cannot controle the deal from the beginning to the end. We also have a policy that in case intermediaries are involved, we always will protect their interests in the transaction but against that protection we need to be in direct contact to the entity they are representing.
